Job Description / Responsibility
- conduct EA and IA procurement capacity assessment and based on this assessment, assist PMUs in determination of procurement training needs
- conduct training for executing agency (EA) and PMU staff, national procurement specialists and all associated support staff, on ADB procurement Guidelines and requirements with special emphasis on NCB and Shopping procedures assist PMUs with harmonization of the Government and ADB procurement
- requirements with special emphasis on NCB and Shopping procedures.
- review and update the procurement plan including contract packaging. Assist PMUs in preparation of documents for selection of consultant services under the Project, including selection criteria (baseline data survey, auditing, resettlement and environment monitoring)

Educational Requirements
- Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline,
- combined with actual experience in procurement under ODA funded projects
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 18 year(s) 10 years of work experience in implementation of procurement activities, including 5 years with ADB funded projects. He/she must be fully familiar with ADB procurement guidelines and procedures and guidelines on the use of consultants
