Job Description / Responsibility
- You must be able to generate business as per target provided by the branch.
- You must maintain target achievement in different criterion i.e. product specific target, market specific target, new business specific target etc.
- You must maintain quality of your generated & inherited portfolio.
- You must maintain visit frequency of all existing and overdue clients as per collection policy of the Company.
- You must maintain compliance during the credit approval process and after sale services.
- You must follow all operational procedures of the Company related to credit approval, loan documentation, disbursement, collection and other services to the client.

Educational Requirements
- Graduation/ Masters in Finance/ Economics/ Marketing/ Management/ Accounting.
- Other graduates with having minimum 2 (two) years of experience in the SME/ Retail finance will also be considered.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Market Development (Leasing) - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

- Age 24 to 32 year(s)
