Job Description / Responsibility

• Design and prepare business development plan with a revenue target
• Develop an effective procurement strategy for the firm
• Document business proposals for various donor agencies
• Organize submission of tender (Tender and Financial Proposal) for various consulting projects on time
• Draft technical proposal for bidding and prepare tender documents
• Prepare EOI and RFP documents
• Liaison with various international donor agencies or international consulting firms will be given preference
• Explore new business opportunities and initiate all kinds of business development activities
• Procure consulting contracts in competitive environment
• Lead team members, coordinate, and manage all consulting projects and programs
• Create and update database of consultants team from diverse fields
• Source new consultants for business opportunities
• Maintain continuous liaise with local and international consultants/ firms
• Lead the sourcing & negotiation process with all clients
• Confirm delivery from consultants
• Monitor and improve quality of proposals on regular basis
• Job Location: Dhaka, however ready to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Educational Requirements

MBA/ M.Com/ M. Sc. from reputed university

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a renowned consulting/ research organizations
• Strong report writing skills in English using different analytical tools
• Ability to take stress and meet the deadline
• Aggressive in achievement of success/ results
• Very good communication skills (both written and spoken) in English
• Good negotiation skills
• Leadership & team management skill
• Sound knowledge in Office, Excel and PowerPoint
