Job Description / Responsibility

• Assists in effective negotiation of costing with the buyer/buying office(s) to take the order thereby excel product and account wise revenue and profit
• Follow-up of product development in order to undertake bulk production
• Assists in negotiation of all consumption and costs (CM, Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print and Embroidery) with internal and external concerned persons
• Under the guidance of Account Team Leader, s/he determines product costing within policy framework and makes effective negotiation with the buyer
• Co-ordinates with production team and suppliers in order to deliver on time shipment and updates order status to buyer
• S/he prepares order wise BOM (Bill of Materials) and SPO (Supplier Purchase Order)
• Coordinates with planning department to implement his/her order in the lines
• Assists in effective negotiation of agreeing and the changes (when needed) of ship date and order qty. In addition s/he assists in mode of shipment, complains and claims
• Involves in final inspection of his/her order
• Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc) and updates buyer
• Takes all preparation related to existing customer�s visit

Graduate majoring Apparel Merchandising/ Textile Engineering/ Business Administration from any reputed university

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 7 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age 22 to 27 year(s)
• Should have sound knowledge on Textile, Print, Embroidery and Garments manufacturing process
• Should have sound knowledge on consumption (Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print/Embroidery)
• Should have sound knowledge to make effective costing (all components of product costing from all perspectives)
• Should have strong negotiation skills to deal costing and claims
• Should have strong communication skills (both written and spoken English)
