Receptionist Job in BD - A Multidimensional Group of Company Front Desk Officer

Job Description / Responsibility
  • The incumbent will be responsible for:
  • Greet visitors and customers by determining nature and purpose of visit and direct them to specific destinations;
  • Operate phone, answering local & international call and transferring to the right person;
  • Keeping message of the officers/ staffs in their absence;
  • Entry incoming and out going mail in the register and transferring the incoming mail to the concerned persons.
  • Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Educational Requirements
  • Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
  • Diploma in Secretarial Science will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
  • Only females are allowed to apply.
  • Minimum 2 (two) years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal / communication skills with good command in English and necessary computer literacy.
