Job Description / Responsibility

• Implement academic related activities for WAM-ISD
• Develop course curriculum, class room activities and extra curriculum activities
• Ensure quality education, health services to the children
• Manage other staff, administrative activities, admission activities, payment collection and disburse for the WAM-ISD School
• Implement the extra curriculum activities
• Support research to recommend and implement advocacy activities on child education, curriculum and resource mobilization
• Support activities for ensuring sponsorship of under-privileged children of WAM-ISD
• Encouragement the promotional WAM-ISD activities among government, donor and other scopes
• Provide support to implement income generating and extra curriculum activities to support under-privileged children
• Coordinate with other national and international organization
• Assign other team members for their daily activities, monitor their activities and ensure quality of their work
• Provide support to management groups to improve the WAM-ISD
• Participate in planning and management meeting for WAM-ISD
• Help to develop new school of WAM-ISD for cross financing model and extend the number of school as well as coverage of the school
• Provide weekly, monthly and annual technical and financial report of the department to Eminence Education Department of Head Office
• Responsible for implementing Provatee Early Childhood Development Program

Educational Requirements

• At least Master Degree in Social Science (English is preferable)
• Candidate having B.Ed, M.Ed will given preference

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• School curriculum, extra curriculum activities, such as arts, singing, painting, conducting research, advocacy
• Thorough knowledge of current trends in vocational and academic education
• Thorough knowledge of English medium school systems
• Can perform work at any condition, with stress and flexible in timing
• Can properly speak and write in English and good performance in computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) in English and Bangla
• Moreover, motivated to work for under-privileged children, in slum areas and also capable to motivate people, interact with government official and donors community
• Capable to conduct advocacy activities
• Ability to use and interpret statistical data and to prepare comprehensive reports of educational activities
• Motivated to visit child�s home in slum areas regularly
• Someone who is interested needs to have not only a passion for education, but the strength to be a leader during tough times. An interest in children is a must, as is an ability to set and meet goals
• Good manner and eager to learn
