Job Description / Responsibility

• He/she will play a lead role in implementation of the program activities at union level;
• Follow-up and provide active support to the front line health, education and agriculture workers for implementation of the program activities smoothly;
• Ensure implementation of field level activities of the program as per work plan;
• Maintain coordination with field level stuffs ensuring supportive field activities implementation and reporting standards;
• Ensuring that program activities are implemented according to program objectives with adequate community participation;
• Provide adequate direction and support to the field level stuffs to ensure better coordination at field level;
• Monitor program components including training, workshop and meetings at field level;
• Provide support in managing resources overseeing budgets;
• Conduct monthly union coordination meeting at which program progress will be reviewed and assessed by the field team;
• Attend coordination meetings at central level (HQ of DDJ);
• He/she will be reportable to the Chief Coordinator of the organization directly.

Educational Requirements

Master degree in Agriculture/ Public Health/ Social Science.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Advocacy, Communication/Public Relation/Media, Micro Credit, Monitoring, Project Coordinator/ Officer, Supervision
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  NGOs

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 40 year(s)
• He/she should have minimum 5 years demonstrated field experiences on health, education and agricultural intervention;
• He/she should have work experience in any national level organization in the relevant fields as Project Coordinator;
• He/she should have skills in report writing both in Bengali and English;
• He/she should have skills in MS-Office program (i.e. MS-Word, Excel & Power Point);
• He/she should have skills in driving motorcycle with valid driving license;
• He/she should have skills in supervision, monitoring and staff management;
• Master degree holder in agriculture /public health will be given priority.

Other Benefits

• Monthly travel and mobile bill of Tk. 1,700/- (1,200/- + 500/-) will be given in addition to the monthly salary.
